  • Facility
  • Hot-Dip Galvanizing
  • Info
  • The hot-dip galvanising plant is located in the hall facility covering 1,300 square metres, and is completely equipped thereby providing an all-encompassing process for hot-dip galvanisation in a single place. Our advantage relies on the use of a unique zinc and nickel alloy that provides a top quality zinc layer and the ability to control the process of hot-dip galvanisation in order to ensure quality protection against atmospheric effects.

  • Advantages of hot-dip galvanisation
  • Additional mechanical resistance of steel products.
  •
  • Many years of protection against atmospheric effects without maintenance costs.
  •
  • Total re-coating of even the most complex steel product shapes.
  •
  • Effective protection of inaccessible areas including corners and edges.
  •
  • Simple quality control and level of protection.
  • Areas of use
  • We provide hot-dip galvanisation services for the following areas of use:
  •
  • Construction industry (steel structures for halls, locksmith works, railings, grills, canopies),
  •
  • Road construction (safety barriers, vertical signalisation, traffic signs, various railings…),
  •
  • Agricultural equipment and machinery,
  •
  • Railway equipment,
  •
  • Shipbuilding equipment,
  •
  • Equipment for gas and petroleum pipelines,
  •
  • Auto industry (undercarriage, trailers…),
  •
  • Various reservoirs and vessels,
  •
  • Equipment for the electrical industry and other steel components...
  • Environmental protection
  • The hot-dip galvanisation plant is equipped with a modern system for ventilation and the treatment of acidic fumes from the chemical treatment units as well as a forced ventilation system for the removal and treatment of white smoke from closed areas in galvanisation baths which ensures that even the relatively harmless hazardous particles in the galvanisation process be retained within the plant and are filtered.
